2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern access, use and subscription terms of the mobile application Wildlifephotographer App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.


3. Products and Services

Wildlifephotographer App is a mobile application designed for wildlife photographers. It allows users to:

  • Create personalized observation maps

  • Record spots and locate camera traps

  • Activate prospecting mode

  • View rut and birth periods by species

  • Plan outings with reminders

  • Integrate weather, altitude and GPS data

  • Share selected content with other users

All services are provided in digital form only. No physical products are sold.


3.1 Accuracy of Biological Data

The information provided in the app, such as rutting, birthing or animal activity periods, is for informational purposes only.
These may vary depending on region, subspecies, climate or year. Wildlifephotographer App does not guarantee absolute accuracy or applicability in all cases. Users are encouraged to supplement this information with their own local observations.


4. Subscription

Full access to the application requires a monthly subscription:

  • Price: CHF 4.90 per month (including VAT if applicable)

  • Auto-renewal: The subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled by the user.

  • The first month is free upon registration.


5. Payment

Payments are securely processed via:

  • Google Play

  • Apple Store

  • Stripe
    No banking data is stored by Wildlifephotographer App.


6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to content, no refunds will be issued, even if the subscription is cancelled early.
The user expressly waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Swiss law on digital services delivered immediately.


7. Referral Program

Wildlifephotographer App offers a referral system:

  • Each user can invite others via a personal referral link.

  • For each referred user who subscribes, the referrer receives 1 free month.

  • Free months are cumulative.

  • Wildlifephotographer App reserves the right to modify or suspend this program at any time.


8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the app (text, images, logo, features, database, interface) are the exclusive property of Wildlifephotographer App.
Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.


9. Responsible Use and Wildlife Respect

Users agree to use the app responsibly and with respect for wildlife. It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Share sensitive locations that could endanger species or disrupt their peace

  • Intentionally disturb wildlife for observation or photography purposes

Wildlifephotographer App declines any responsibility in case of improper use.


10. Liability

Use of the app is at the user’s sole risk.
Wildlifephotographer App does not guarantee results (sightings or photographs) and cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, temporary unavailability or misinterpretation of provided data.


11. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the app is processed confidentially in accordance with Swiss and European laws (GDPR).

12. Changes to the T&Cs

Wildlifephotographer App reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via the app or website.
Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated conditions.


13. Termination

The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the user’s Google Play or Apple Store account.
Service remains active until the end of the current subscription period. No refund will be issued for unused time.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, only the courts of the Canton of Valais (Switzerland) shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
